I have dry rot in my bathroom. I know I need to replace the drywall. how??

How extensive is the dry rot/water damage? If it is just water damage to the sheetrock that's one thing, but if you have dry rot in the framing members (studs, floor plates, etc.), that is a whole different ball game.
