I am replacing my kitchen counters with a solid surface counter. Right now I have the laminate that extends up the wall making a back splash. I have taken out the counters and the laminated back splash, but this left a whole lot of dry glue on the walls. Do I need to put up new dry wall or can I use something that will take the glue off. I want to go the easy route, but not spend a lot of money. HELP?

I am doing the same project. Have you found a way to remove the glue? I have tried a goo remover. Bad fumes and doesn't do a very good job of removing the glue.
Would be interested in hearing how you finally removed the glue.
