Can anyone tell me how to fix the terra cotta flue above the chimney cap because it is in bad shape . Do they make replacement flue end that I can use to cover it? any suggestions will be appreciated

These are not repairable. Replacemeable...maybe. The issue is that this must be done by a licensed installed. Evaluation will determine if replacement is feasible and if not, relining may be in order.
Call some installers to assess what you have now and what condition it is in.
