I have a new building on a concrete slab about 90 days old. I now want to do something to the floor area of my small workshop and the covered porch (total of 330 sq. ft.). What do you recommend I coat it with (sealer, stain, or epoxy) and why?

We chose to paint our office space. It was so simple and the technique we used makes it look like we actually laid tile. We first put on concrete primer, we chose white, and then taped off squares. We then painted the area with concrete paint, let it dry and removed the tape. It turned out beautifully, was inexpensive and we got it done in one and one half days, giving it time to dry. Hope this helps.

We chose to use Coronado Final Finish Solvent Acrylic Concrete Coating. The only thing I don't like so far is the odor - it is Xylene based. We etched the concrete as the directions specified before applying the finish.
