I need to drill a 1/8" diameter vertical hole in a bookshelf behind the vertical molding on a bookcase. Since the overlap of the molding is only 1/2", i want to get the hole as close to the corner made up of the vertical molding and the side of the bookshelf. Is there any type of attachment or trick for drilling in such a close space as this? The chuck of the drill seems to be too big, and I'm afraid it will scrape the inside of the side wall of the bookcase. Thanks.

If I recall correctly, the chuck of a dremel tool is 1/8" and will accept a 1/8" drill bit if that helps.
