How well does MDO take to getting a rounded edge with a router? I was thinking about getting some and using that as a floor border, but it needs a rounded edge. Will MDO result in a smooth edge?

MDO will make a nice rounded edge from a router. Be sure to use carbide bits to cut the material cleanly or you may need to do some sanding to straighten out the edges of the plies.
