Before we paint our plaster walls, what should we use to patch-up cracks?
Thanks.

For the most part, you would patch cracks in plaster with tape and lightweight joint compound just as you would with sheetrock.

Rout open the cracks to a 1/8" minimum with a V-shape to the opened crack.
