Hi, I'm interested in automating my pool/spa so that I don't have to walk over to the "pump house" by my garage to switch to the spa, turn on the blower, lights, etc then again to turn them off and the valves back to the pool mode. I have been researching this regarding x10 but it seems to apply to things that can be plugged in vs wired in. Also where do I get automated or actuated valves for the spa/pool.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I order a lot of parts from Grainger.com. They should have most if not all of the stuff you need. Check out the Plumbing section, they have control boxes and automated valves. You can run down to your local hardware store and pick up the conduit you need and other odds and ends. The whole project should just amount to connecting/splicing your current wires and running them to your new control box. The only hard part might be accessing valves if they are under a slab.
