...another question about entertainment centres.

I am a new member. My husband and I are trying to find an entertainment centre that will hold our 28 inch TV, VCR, DVD, stereo system, and digital cable receiver. We cannot find anything that we like or can afford. I told him that we should build one ourselves.

This is the hard part. Neither one of us has built somthing like this before.

Where should we begin?
Is it really that hard to make?

I would like something that will hold all of the above items as well as our large collection of CD's and movies.

We live in a rented house, so this would have to be something that could fit just about anywhere.

I have searched this site and found a couple of ideas, but nothing that can really help me.

Thank you! :)

I like this one. :D :D
Would it be easy to build for a first time builder?

We are not looking for a corner unit - just something for the wall.

It is a straightforward project. Take your time and follow the steps. You should be fine.
