i have a 4 cyl wisconsin engine that you have to hand crank to start. it's attached to a 6.5kw generator. it did work about 2 years ago but i've never used it since. it's a monster of a generator as generators go, but can someone tell me about what era these were made? WWII? or later? i can't find any info on the internet about these. not sure if i'm going to get rid of it yet, but just wanted some history on these.
thanks.................

It just so happens that I had a Wisconsin welder given to me last Fall and I have been trying to acquire a manual from this company [URL=http://wmcconnell@continentalengines.com] , but the one that I need is back ordered.
Send them an e-mail and post all the relevent info. that you can get and they should be able to help you out. Good Luck.
