I want to paint my bathroom walls. The paint that is currently on the walls is bubbling and flaking. The bathroom does not have a vent. I use a window fan to cut down on the moisture. What is the best type of paint to use in this bathroom?

The difference between ordinary latex paint, kitchen and bath paint and bathroom paint is the amount of mildewcide added to the paint. I use Zinsser's PermaWhite Bathroom paint tinted an off white colour called Cathay in all of my bathrooms. It works well, doesn't mildew of peel, it's water washable and it lasts longer in actual use than it's 5 year guarantee. Home Depot sells it where I live.
