About three years ago we had a stamped concrete patio put in(outside Seattle) by a local contractor. Unfortunately this past winter it developed a 'chip' where a piece of the stamped surface broke away, leaving a rough, broad gouge in the surface (3"x4"X1/2" deep).
I was hoping to get the contractor to steer me towards a repair method, but I have not been able to locate him.
So, how do I go about doing an effective job on the repair? The stamped color is gray and the remaining part of the patio has a shiney sealant on it. There seem to be patch kits and sealants at the local Home Depot/Lowes, but I would like to get as close to a surface and color match as I possibly can.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

TwoThumbs,
There is no guarantee of an exact match. You will have to do this based on what is going to be the closest match. Try and find the contractor or have another come out to see what could be done.
Good Luck!
