I want to have a deck replaced with a bricked up with concrete poured. The deck is about 16 x24. How is it done and who would I call. I would like to eventually turn it into a sunroom.

Deck removal is probably going to be you with a hammer, crow bar, Sawzall, and whatever tools of destruction you find that you need.
Based on your question, you will probably want to hire the forming and flat work done. Get bids from a couple or three concrete contractors, and ask for references so you can go see their work.
