My builder installed the furnace above and I was wondering if it a decent furnace? I know it is rated at about 90% efficiency and puts out 100,000 btu's. Thank you, Brad

when installed correctly....many are not. be sure combustion air is brought in from outside, there will be 2 pvc pipes going to the furnace, one for exaust and one for intake if this is done right. be sure vent has good slope, as it will be a drain in the winter, and i would recommend a pan under the furnace with a float switch. also there is a one foot section of 2 inch pvc shipped with that furnace, it has a baffle in it, it MUST be used, many installers throw it away and just run regular pvc.
