hello its me again i am working on an 11 hp briggs engine that is on a new holland tractor this thing starts and runs good as long as you run it either wide open or at least half throttle and the carb seems to be flooding while its running to the point that it runs out the breather tube and it also continues to leak after being shut off unless you turn the gas valve off im thinking just take the carb apart and clean it and possibly rebuild it are these very complicated to rebuild thanks in advance and god bless

Hello Richy,
They are simple to build. Just drop the bowl, clean out all the garbage you'll likely find, and replace the float and needle. That should get you going for less than $10.00.
