I am working on a True Blue 90 Tech 4 furnace w/air. NOTHING on the furnace works. I have power everywhere it's supposed to be... BUT... I have NO ACTION coming from the Controller Box. I put on a NEW one and also added a NEW Transformer. STILL nothing. The Green Diagnostic lite on the Controller will not even come on.
I am at wit's end.... and lookin pretty stupid to the owner.
Anyone have a suggestion????

be sure voltage is present at unit after door switch. see if voltage is present at line side of transformer. see if voltage is present at load (24 volt) side. check for fuse on circuit board.

 Well, what is the price of "stupidity"????

While checking voltages, I had my Tester Lead stuck between a screw and the furnace housing for ground. I was showing voltage everywhere I checked. NOW.... the ground for the circuit comes from the neutral side of the incoming wiring... RIGHT????
RIGHT!!!!!!!!

If the the Connector screw used on the neutral connection were loose, could that cause my problem..... IT SURE AS HELL DID!!!!!
I wiggled that connection and had power.... BINGO I tightened the connector and buttoned everything up.

SOOOO, in the NEXT situation, where do you guess I will go FIRST??? BINGO!!!!!!!

Thanks all and hope you enjoy..... :p
