Years back we waited to install a patio with paver bricks..we waited two or three yrs so the area could "settle" properly..the pro who put in our patio assured us it wouldnt sink but of course it sank...so... now the area where the bricks meet the pool concrete deck are severely offset..what is a good and neat looking suggestion that I can put over that offset to use as a smooth transgression/"threshhold"..I want to stay away from anything that is wood

bales,

Wouldn't it be easier to remove the existing in the areas in question, install new or additional sand base, pack and reinstall. This would be the best and no issue of doing wood. If need be maybe some footings might be in order but I realize that this is work!

Good Luck!
