i have a skill cordless circular saw and my problem is that when i make a cut and place the 0 mark on the line for the cut it does not line up with the mark on the board . i dont see how to adjust it. :mad:

Sometimes the blade is to the left or right of that position marking. Draw a line from the blade to the guide edge if that would help.

The guide on the saw might only work when the blade that was initially used to make the mark is used. The thickness of the blade will will change the cut location.
Or, the foot of the saw was not assembled correctly.
Or, Skill's stamping machine was out of adjustment when your saw went through.

Check to see if the plate can be repositioned or as fuller911 suggested, make a new mark.
