Need to know how to raise water level in the bowl...

A. Look in tank and make sure that fill tube is clipped to top of overflow tube.
B. If everything in tank is o.k., sounds like you may need to clean out holes that allow water into bowl (under rim at top of bowl).
C. You can tape these off with duct tape and use a chemical to dissolve clogging deposits, or you can manually clean them out with allen wrenchs (start with small size and work up, twisting the wrenchs to break up calcium, lime, etc. deposits)until water flows into bowl properly. Good Luck!
