Planning on installing ceramic tile in a room with an old upright piano. Weight is about 300 lbs. on 4 old wooden castors. Estimate wt. at about 75 lbs on less than 1/2 sq. inch. Will tile crack when rolling piano into place after installing ceramic?

when putting the piano in place use plywood strips to roll the piano where you want it,if you dont the edges or corners of the tile will chip or break i would reccomend 3/8 ply for that heavy of on object.Would also consider using something under the casters when you get it where you want if too gaudy looking place the casters in the center of the tile not at the corners
