[SIZE=3] Hi out there - I am trying to pick out the polyurethane for my old pine wood floor that we have just finished refinishing. We have applied the last staining and it
has dried. But we have to use an oil or water based polyurethane. We have no clue which to pick. Please let me know the pros and cons of each. Thank you Ladybug:confused:

Most folks go with water-based poly. It dries quicker, is nonyellowing, and is less smelly than oil-based poly. Go to www.finishingwoodfloors.com to learn more about floor finishes.
