What is the best way to clen a clogged shower head?

Take it off and drop it in a bucket of white vinegar, allowing it to sit a couple of days. At least this seems to work for me (it should if the clogging is due to hard water mineral deposits - if it's rust or something more, then a physical cleaning is probably in order).
