I have a Broksonic 13" TV which like most of my other TV's developed a loose input. I soldered it but am having trouble getting all the channels. I am on Comcast cable & I can't seem to receive the low channels, I can't get the first few channels 3-7 at all then
as I go higher I can see them but mostly static then as I go higher up it gets progressively better especially in the mid 30's then its almost perfect to the 70's. I've tried the channel memory & still the same. Any ideas appreciated..

I does not sound like you have TV problem. It more like you have cable problem that don't get you strong enough signal in your TV set . Try connect a known good TV to see if the problem is still exist, or try receiving broadcasting signals (VHF/UHF) using antenna. This should diagnose if your TV is really the culprit.
