I am planning my new house and am considering terazzo floors. I am curious is there a good source of info versus pros and cons of terazzo vs ceramic. Epoxy vs concrete... I live in northern NJ.

Really need to think about your lifestyle when considering flooring choices. i.e.- do you have kids or pets, heavy traffic or light, things like that. I like tile floors myself, lots don't usually complain of cold floors, this problem is solved with modern heated floor applications.
Do a google search on flooring choices, tile vs hardwood floors & I think you'll find some useful links. Hope that helps out.

i'm not absolutly positive on this but i beleive you need a concrete sub-floor with terrazzo.try this site you may find theinfo here www.ontariotilesetters.com there is a guy who runs that site named harry i think they all do terazzo,it's a dying trade so it's hard to find things on it,i think there is 1 company left here in Mo. that still does it
