Does anyone know what happened to P&C tools? Did they have a lifetime warrenty? Did someone buy the company? Who sells them now? Thanks.

Never heard of them.
Could be re-branded for a certain retailer.
Google turned up nothing.

Would these be purchased at a particular retailer?

I don't know where to get them. The only P&C tools I see are at least 10 years old.

In peoples tool box. Never saw them in stores.

P&C went out of business. Some of their antique wrenches fetch nice prices.
