does anyone know where i could buy a really inexpensive go kart?

Spend a little time looking and you could find a cosmetically not new but running small 4 wheeler for 500 and up lower than that look at fleamarkets and private individuals that repair them sometimes have used ones that they have fixed less expensive.

depending on what part of the country you live in try the classifieds or one of the "auto trader" type cataogs found at the convienance stores. If you live in a part of the country with a lot of karting going on and there is more than you could dream of, somebody is always looking to off load some karts at often times very reasonable prices. Also check Ebay for used karts. Some very expensive but other times very reasonable.

does any 1 no where i can buy a honda gy6 250cc engine i hear these are sweat and they even have reverse

You want a fast cart with a powerful engine, AND reverse gear for cheap? Probably not going to happen.
