Moped engine won't start. Checked spark - OK. Drained gas tank and put in fresh gas. Engine sputters but will not fire. Engine is getting gas. Any thoughts?

A crappy spark plug will get you everytime, a new one won't set you back much, I'd try that before anything else. Had bad/impropperly mixed fuel??that is another thing to look at. Those things are pretty simple, but the burn dirty and are harder on spark plugs the dirtier they are.
