I am having all of the above applied to my brick fireplace chimney to try and stop a roof leak that is occuring right along the roof edge where the chimney is at.
Are these good products? I am also having mortar groun out where needed and 8 bricks replaced. He (liscensed Chimney Sweep) is also going to clean my chimney. Total proposal is $665.20
Is this a good deal?

Thinkly,
Hard to answer without seeing what you have.
Better question might be...did you get at least 3 bids to do the job? If not...then it could be the best deal or the worst!
Good Luck!
