I have an Evinrude 40hp that doesn't have power trim. There is a lever on the motor that I have to push to release the motor so I can lift and lower it by hand. There is a cable from this lever that goes down toward the foot and it "froze up" so I had to disconnect it and use a screw driver to move a lever that let the motor down. My question is what is this called and where can I get another one? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
