I'm soon ready to apply the polyurethane varnish to my newly sanded hardwood floor. I like the look of the water based Olympic product...but I wonder if it is hard and durable enough to be a good floor varnish?

If you don't have kids or pets you could go with the water but i believe that olympic says on the can not recomended for floors. I would look for a two part water system but they are hard to apply for a diy
