Any suggestions on removing a popcorn ceiling? I would like to have a smooth ceiling finish.
Also, replacing 2 deck posts? Previous owner placed posts directly on cement block and rotted wood.
Thanks in advance!

Helloe & welcome to the forums.
Your popcorn ceiling can be scraped offed with a wide drywall blade after being misted down with water.
You'll need to support the deck while you replace those posts. Make sure to use treated posts to replace them.
Good luck with the place.
