starting boat for season......wont start......i have a new battery, distributor cap, rotor, plugs and i cleaned all the wires....i dont any spark...... what can it be....................

You didn't mention if you installed new points, and whether the point gap/dwell was properly set.
Could also be a condenser, coil or ballast resistor.
Once all those have been checked, be sure the plug wires are routed correctly (It does happen.), and set proper timing.
