i had approx. 35 feet by 2 feet of concrete cut out of the deck to fix a plumbing problem now i need to replace and try to match the existing color. my question is do i have to tie into every existing rebar that is currently in the slab or is there a min . and what is the best way to match the existing color

I wouldn't do every piece of rebar, but being only 2 ft wide, I would put several. Aso pour it deeper, something like 6 in and put post holes several places along it. These deeper holes will help keep the narrow section from raising up and seperating. As for the color, maybe staining or use of a color sealer? I really don't know.
