I have a toro snowblower with a tecumseh engine and carb. I rebuilt the carb and set the carb float at 11/64 and the mixture screws per spec. the engine runs fine until I try to blow any heavy snow. The engine starts surging or hunting and it doesn't seem like the govenor is doing it's job. Do I need to go back to the mixture screws and re-adjust or what is the problem? Thanks, Charles

Hello Charles!

I believe if you back the high speed screw out 1/4 turn, you will solve the problem. If not, let us know!
