I'm adding a room to a raised foundation house and need help with the tie in for the floor supports. On the new part of the foundation I had girder pockets built in to the forms before the cement was pored , how do I cut a pocket into the exsisting foundation ?? or is there a hanger made by simpson strong tie to sit on top of the original mudsill ??

cut it out with a demo saw and chisel.
