Hello,
I would like to build a dome shaped, brick oven in my backyard. I have found some pictures of the completed product, but need more info before I attempt to built it myself. I have no brick/concrete experience. Can anyone recommend a good source for building plans, or better yet, has anyone built such an oven?

You're going to have to read a lot. That is quite an advanced masonry job. Even hiring a pro, I would want to see a few completed domes first.
