I have Armstrong tongue and groove ceiling tile attached to wood furring strips and I have a dent in one tile, I'd like to replace the tile, any tips on the best way to do this ? Thanks.

Cut around it with a sharp utility knife to remove the tongue. Remove the tile, replacement with contruction adhesive after cutting off the tongue.

Hope this helps.
