I live in a 2-story coach home (condo) with a 2 ft. (I think) cement floor dividing me and the unit below me. The cement is cracked, chipped and basically broken causing spots beneath the carpet to shift, wobble and move as you walk over them. I am planing to replace the carpet soon, however, I would like to also repair the concrete before laying the new carpet.
Suggestion?

Hi,

I will be glad to help, but you need clarify some points:
The concrete floor in on a slab? Do you have a cement floor on a concrete slab? The concrete slab is cracked? Perhaps you have just a cement base on a slab? 2 feet of concrete is an odd situation, can you confirm it?
