Hi all,

I need your ideas. My house is 22 years old. A portion of the diveway settles causing cracks and water cannot drain all, staying at lower spots. My question is How do I restore the level up at those lower spots so that the water can drain completely ? Also the cracks ? What kind of material I should use in this repair job ? Any tricks ?

Thank you in advance for helping.
Regards. :)

Hi,

Can you inform us about the driveway material, structure, etc?

Hi pmgca,

It is cement (concrete) diveway in front of the garage on the right hand side of the house (facing out). If I go from my garage out, the right site of the driveway is (suposedly) the lowest spot, where water can drain away. But now the left side of the driveway. where it meets the garage and the door steps) sinks about 3 or 4" . That is where water stays. The size of the driveway is 10' W and 22' L.

I hope I provide enough the info you need. Let me know if you need more.
Regards,
