I own an older home and the front porch has started to show some cracks. They follow the outline of the brick and go from top to bottom. Wondering if it's major or something I can tuck point? The crack isn't huge, but the bricks are displaced by about a 1/4 inch. Who do you call if it's more than I can handle?

Hi,

If the cracks are about 1/4", it's time for a Pro. You need to know why it is happening.

There are several issuaes to consider: a foundation problem, a bearing problem, a soil problem, and others.

Good luck!
