We recently installed a granite countertop in our kitchen. In our previously home we had a granite top that was absolutely impervious to stains. This one, however, seems to absorb grease, and leaves stain marks.

I have two questions. One, what is best for cleaning grease stains on granite? Two, is there some way I can treat it so that the granite is sealed? Thanks.
