What kind of product should I use on my ceramic floor tile to give it a shiny, glossy or wet look.

There are several products that can do this. not sure what brand Lowes sells but they should have it in the tile dept.

Sorry to tell you this but the glazed finish on a glazed ceramic tile is going to be the same as the day you bought it.
If you wanted a wet look tile you should have bought a wet look tile.
There are NO products that are designed to be applied to a glazed ceramic tile to change it's appearance.
If you put a "finish" on a glazed ceramic tile, it will eventually peel off.
However if it is an unglazed tile-------------- that is a different answer.
