I have a satillo tile (very porous courtyard that doesn't get much sun in the winter. I sealed it however it must not have been good enough because I have some kind of black mold embedded in it. What product or mix of goodies will get rid of it. Thank You

Might try a solution of white vinegar & water, 50/50 mix and a stiff brush.
PM me and I could maybe give some other reference sources.

Are you sitting down? Your description of "a very porous courtyard" says it all. Saltillo is not the product for any application where that much moisture abounds. Saltillo is about has about the porosity of a chocolate chip cookie and because of its thickness can hold onto a lot of moisture. It sounds like your moisture is traveling down through your grout joints (at best, it really sounds like you have a larger problem regarding drainage), getting in to the slab and the saltillo. The fact that you sealed the top of the saltillo may actually be working against you since the moisture can't travel through it well. I suggest you not spend the time and money on the mold removal (i doubt you will get it out or if you do it will certainly return) and gett to the business of getting the saltillo removed, the drainage issue resolved, and the right product installed on your courtyard. If you want to save money you could remove the saltillo yourself with a electric chipping hammer and some elbow grease. I would suggest a pro look at the situation and either give you direction on how to proceed (for a fee) or do the installation. Good luck!!!!!!!!!

If you don't want to rent a chipping hammer you can try diluted Clorox NOT vineger.
OR
go to a commercial janitorial supply store and ask them for "QUATS"
" dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride / dimethyl ethylbenzyl ammonium chloride "
it is a hospital grade disinfentant that will kill just about anything but you- it is actually user friendly.
A little bit goes a long way. a gallon will either make 256 gallons or 128 gallons.
It doesn't cost that much either.
