I just finished rolling Acousti-Tex/Paint'n Tex on my ceiling. Dummy me tinted the paint yellow and I hate it!
Okay, my question is can I cover the yellow Acousti-Tex with primer and white paint or do I have to take off the Yellow Acousti-Tex and put up new white Acousit-tex? Sorry, may be a dumb question but I'm not sure if this stuff can be repainted?? I was also thinking maybe I could just paint some white Acousti-tex on top of the yellow to make it more acoustic looking??

Thanks for your help,
Darla

Hello textucker, what will dictate how you proceed will be whether the Acousti-Tex/Paint'n Tex will hold up to being rolled. It probably will but starting in on it will tell the tale. If it will hold up to rolling you could probably add another coat of texture if you like and it may come out the right color......Mike
