What kind of diffuser do I use when I have a suspended acoustical ceiling system (2x2)?

lay-ins, available at diy store, the have fiberboard backs which you cut the proper size hole into, then attach the round collar which the duct hooks to. the collars are sold seperately as they come in many sizes. they are just under 2X2, enabling them to "lay-in" to the grid
