I am trying to apply tissue paper to my walls and the wallpaper paste technique doesn't seem to be working. Can anyone suggest a sure fire way to do this?

please be more specific as to how you are doing this?for instance are you applying the glue on the wall and putting the paper on?are you crumpling the paper before hand?are you dipping the paper in the glue?are you appling more glue once the papers up?
