My 75+ house's front and entrance porches are crumbling. The front one is sagging and popping large masonry stones on the sides, and the entrance porch is cracking on top and getting ready to pop side stones. How can I repair or rebuild these two porches?

Sounds like you need to remove both porches, start with proper footings, and rebuild them. You can build them back like they are now, or change to whatever style of porches you desire.
