I want to change the color of my verticle blinds. The strips are a cloth material (blue).
Not sure if this can be spray painted.

There are fabric paints available, but these tend to come only in one ounce tubes. For larger areas Plasti-Kote and Krylon make spray paints for car upholstery that is also good for home uphol-
stery.
Go to: Plasti-Kote Ultra Fabric Color at:
These products should also be available at local
paint and auto part stores. If you can find a color that pleases you, this might be a less expensive option than replacing the blinds if the fabric is paintable.
Results may be not what you expect. Vinyl and vinyl-
type of fabrics are NOT paintable with fabric paint. Nylon & 100% polyester are also dye and paint resistant. If you decide to paint, buy a small tube first and test in inconspicuous place first to determine if the fabric is paintable and if the results meet your expectations.
