I want to build a 26.6'x 19' pressure treated deck...nothing fancy, with 2 small staircases. The deck will sit approximately 5' off the ground. I also want to benches(approx. 4' in length)built in.

Lumber prices vary somewhat across the country, and labor varies a whole lot more. Best way to get an accurate estimate will be to contact 2 or 3 local contractors and get the estimates from them.

You can figure about $10 to $12.00 a sq. foot. This includes labor.

In our neck of the woods (Newfoundland, Canada) pressure treated deck runs about $10 (CDN) a sqr ft not including labour. I can say this because I'm in the process of completing my deck of 250 sq ft and its cost me $2500 (CDN) so far.
