Is there a way to have this TV powered off completely while it is plugged into the wall? When it is plugged in, the picture tube powers up and goes into some kind of a "standby" awaiting a signal to be sent. When it recieves a signal it clicks on...
Is this some kind of monitor mode or life-long operation for this TV?
